Karl Bream
VP Strategy, Portfolio and Alliances
Karl Bream is the Vice President and Head of Strategy, Portfolio, and Alliances for Nokia Enterprise. Karl sets the group strategy and prioritizes its resources for the fast-growing enterprise networking and industrial Internet opportunity. In addition, Karl develops the portfolio and partner ecosystem that is required to create value for enterprise and industrial clients. Prior to his current role, Karl was the Vice President of Internet of Things (IoT) Strategy for Nokia where he guided the company in developing its IoT portfolio. Karl has also served as Senior Partner and Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Alcatel-Lucent, and has held in sales and marketing, engineering, and mergers and acquisitions for AT&T, Avaya, and Lucent Technologies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from George Washington University and an MBA from The Stern School at New York University.

Stephane Daeuble
Head of Enterprise Solutions Marketing
Stephane is responsible for Enterprise Solutions Marketing in Nokia enterprise. A self-professed IT geek and machine connectivity advocate, he knows first-hand the value of secure and reliable industrial-grade wireless connectivity, and is an active evangelist on the role private wireless will play in helping industrials leapfrog into the 4th industrial revolution. Stephane’s business acumen and technical understanding comes from his prior roles in several Industrial automation, Energy, IT, networking and telecom companies with roles spanning a number of different fields like product management, sales development and product marketing. In Nokia, and formerly Motorola, Stephane sequentially headed 3G/HSPA, LTE and Small Cells global product marketing. Stephane holds an MA in Business to Business Marketing and an MSc in Technology from ESTA, France.

Bob Gessel
Head of Technology Strategy & Portfolio Development

Bob Gessel has 35+ years of experience in the Telecom, Communications and Software industries. He has been with Ericsson for 25 years and is currently Head of Technology and Strategy Development for Ericsson North America responsible for driving vision, business and technology innovation, strategic planning and execution. Focus areas include 5G, Private Networks, Industrial and Consumer Internet of Things (IoT), where he drives thought leading transformation across Telecom and Industrial sectors. Gessel’s previous roles include consultant, entrepreneur, inventor, and founder of two startup companies as well as 16 years in R&D with Ericsson, Siemens and Northern Telecom. Gessel holds a B.S.E.E from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Christian Regnier
Enterprise Technical Architect - Critical Wireless
Air France
Christian Regnier is the Enterprise Technical Architect about Critical connectivity in Air France KLM CIO Group. He is also co-founder in 2012 and member of AGURRE association (Association des Grands Utilisateurs de Réseau Radio d’Entreprise - association of main users of PMR). One of the goal of AGURRE is to lobby the government and regulator to obtain spectrum for Verticals operational use. In parallel of the project started in 2020 to deploy the private LTE nertwork, Christian Regnier is working with Air France KLM business to prepare the future regarding the 5G upgrade and IOT tests. Some Proof of concept are in preparation in 2020 and 2021. Christian Regnier works for Air France since 1999 after work in a telecom provider and integrator. Graduate of the Grenoble School Engineers in electricity with a specialization in Signal Processing.

Eric Vallone
Director of Product Management, Service Provider Solutions
Eric Vallone is the Director of Product Management and Architecture for Dell’s Service Provider Solutions organization that is focused on delivering solutions to tele-communication and cloud service providers, including, but not limited to, Mobility, NFV, SDN, Analytics, Next Gen Access and SD-WAN. Eric is a marketing and corporate development executive that has in-depth experience delivering next generation technologies with an emphasis on the service provider industry (cloud, wireline, and wireless). Eric joined Dell in July 2017 after 6 successful years at Cisco where he led product management teams in both the Cloud and Network Services BU and the Service Provider Access / Small Cell Technology BU. Prior to that Eric was Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Development at Actelis Networks. Kurt Schaubach
Federated Wireless
Kurt Schaubach brings 30 years of wireless industry experience to Federated Wireless where he plays a key role in developing technologies and new business strategies to create the next generation architecture of broadband wireless. Kurt has previously held engineering management roles at wireless network operators, equipment manufacturers, and semiconductor suppliers. Kurt was a founding member of a publicly traded wireless broadband and multimedia software company and led the acquisition and integration of two wireless infrastructure companies. Kurt has been active in spectrum development, management, technology and policy matters throughout his career. He currently serves on the Commerce Spectrum Management Advisory Committee (CSMAC) and is a board member of the Wireless Innovation Forum. Kurt received his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
