In 1997 he moved to the West Coast and has worked with the Healthcare Operations Improvement and Information Technology practices. During his 20 years of healthcare consulting experience, he has worked in many segments of health care, serving primarily large national payers and providers in the areas of strategy, M&A, operations, technology, and risk.

Dr. Kulleni Gebreyes is a Principal at PwC. She is a physician leader with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry across the commercial and public sector. During this time, she has helped organizations drive care delivery transformation through financially sustainable strategies for value-based care, clinical optimization, and asset rationalization. She has expertise in physician engagement and education, adoption and implementation of HIT, quality and performance improvement, and compliance/assurance. She has also dedicated much of her time to addressing healthcare disparities and social determinants of health with executives and leaders of health plans, providers, patient advocacy groups, and government leaders.
