Rani has 18+ years of experience in consumer digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries from strategy through execution. Her work includes strategic envisioning to implementation, process improvements to achieve operational efficiencies and Program Management. She has consulted the marketing and IT arms of large integrated healthcare systems, healthcare payers and providers over the last 10 years to help define their consumer strategy and roadmap for the creation and implementation of digital and social consumer experiences. Rani holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from India.


Pete Johnson
Manager, Health Industries Advisory, PwC

Pete joined the firm in 2011 and his most recent consulting engagements have focused on Coding and Charging Implementations, Pre-Service Experience redesigns, Charge Capture Performance assessments, ICD-10 assessments, Strategic Reimbursement improvement and Revenue Cycle transformations for hospital and physician practices. Additional experience includes: Managed Care redesigns; Cost to Collect improvements; and Rejection and Denial Management Programs implementations. Prior to joining PwC, Pete served as a Junior Military Officer (JMO) as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army for seven years, deploying three times overseas in support of the Global War on Terror (GWOT).
