Su Huang

Su supports Datavant's partners in identifying and understanding the data ecosystem. Prior to Datavant, Su held a variety of roles at Invitae, a genetic testing company, from leading market access to growing the client services function. Beyond diagnostics, she has also supported commercialization and market access strategy for new biopharma and medical device products at IMS Consulting Group and Abbott Vascular. Su received degrees in Finance and Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and holds an MBA and MS in Education from Stanford University.

Melissa Leonhauser

Vice President of Product Strategy

Melissa Leonhauser is an experienced product manager and marketer in the healthcare industry. She is currently the Vice President of Product Strategy at Prognos, Life Sciences. Leonhauser has spent most of her career creating and managing analytic solutions that support pharmaceutical brand teams. She has helped introduce and shape how pharmaceutical manufacturers use Real World Data to understand the patient journey and inform their decision making. Prior to joining Prognos, Leonhauser managed solutions for IQVIA, SDI, and Verispan and supported cardiovascular and respiratory brands at Kos Pharmaceuticals.
