Mr. Schweppe joined Kaiser Permanente in 1993. Previously, he was Director of Analytics in Quality Operations with The Permanente Medical Group, and with Kaiser Permanente IT as the Director, Clinical Data Solutions.

Beth Wolf, MD

Dr. Beth Wolf is affiliated with Roper St. Francis Healthcare, practicing palliative medicine and serving as Medical Director for Health Information Management. In her medical director role, Dr. Wolf applies her expertise in clinical documentation and serves as the primary liaison to the medical staff on coding and documentation issues.

Dr. Wolf is board certified in palliative medicine and internal medicine. She received a BS from Drake University, a medical degree from the University of South Dakota and completed residency at Moses H. Cone Hospital in Greensboro, NC. Prior to becoming certified in palliative medicine, she practiced for 9 years as a hospitalist (Hospital-based Internist).
