Jim has been working with Telecommunications companies and other Communications Service providers throughout the 21st Century, and has been involved with definition, development, and delivery of Service Assurance solutions for far longer than that.

Mr. Mehta has two decades of experience in the Networking and Telecommunications Industry in various Technical and Business roles. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
