Soma Ghoshal-Diaz

Soma has more than 10 years of experience in the intersection of digital health solutions and health system transformation, globally and domestically. She is a highly seasoned professional in delivering and executing high-profile patient and provider journey mapping, digital solution assessments, and implementation roadmaps. She has deep expertise of the digital solution ecosystem, from startups to mature companies, as well as experience financial modeling and other prioritization methodologies to enable health systems to build comprehensive and cost-effective digital strategies.

Her work includes building digital front-door solutions, including technology selection and implementation, as well as developing sophisticated monitoring and evaluation methodologies to ensure effective implementation that meets short and long-term health system goals.

Globally, Soma has evaluated health systems strengthening initiatives, emphasizing the demand for and pathway to digital transformation. She planned and implemented various digital health campaigns leading to consumer and patient empowerment in Egypt and South Asia.
