Anne is a Principal in Deloitte Advisory’s Life Sciences and Health Care practice based in Washington, DC. As the US Health Care Regulatory Leader for Deloitte, Anne manages the Health Care Strategic Regulatory Implementation Services practice where she works with clients to navigate the complex world of health care regulatory changes and helps them set their business priorities and strategic opportunities in the midst of a dynamic environment.

Bill is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy and analytics practice based in Pittsburg. With over 20 years as a practicing family physician, physician executive and health care consultant, Dr Fera brings a multi-faceted view to health care issues and potential solutions. Dr Fera is experienced in working at the convergence of payers and providers, implementing technologies to drive efficiency and creating practical analytic strategies that allow speed to value.

Shaun is a physician leader at Deloitte with more than 20 years of health care industry experience.  He was an internal medicine faculty member in the Division of Cardiology and led performance improvement efforts and overall strategy development across the cardiovascular service line at the Medical College of Virginia. His areas of experience include clinical practice, clinical process evaluation and improvement, governance, change management, and specifically engaging physicians and other clinicians in process change enabled by technology. 

Urvi Shah is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Customer & Digital Transformation solution where she helps clients develop and implement Customer Experience imperatives with the strategic application of digital tools and technology to enhance the experience for their customers. She is a leader in Deloitte Consulting's Virtual Health practice, a space where organizations are increasingly recognized as a means to engage with customers across their continuum of care. She has helped lead multiple clients through large scale technology transformations as a result of their strategic priorities.

Ken is a Managing Director in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy and Analytics practice based in Miami. Ken most recently worked at North Shore LIJ Health System, where he served as senior vice president of Clinical Operations, chief quality officer, and associate chief medical officer for the health system. He has 24 years of clinical and administrative experience and has led multiple projects including a surgical services redesign, an anesthesia department turnaround, and the 2010 National Quality Forum (NQF) National Healthcare Award. Ken has market eminence as a physician executive and as a thought leader in performance improvement.
