Ms. Bell also co-chairs the Florida Hospital Association Community Benefit Workgroup and has provided primary leadership in the development of a four-county collaborative of hospitals and Department of Health partners; All4HealthFL. She holds a Master Degree in Public Health from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ.

Ms. Chai has been a leader in the field of public health and community health planning for more than 20 years at various organizations in Southern California, including the Public Health Projects Manager for Orange County Health Care Agency, Public Health Services. She holds a Master of Public Health from the UCLA School of Public Health in the field of community health sciences.

Ashley Wendt, MPH

Ashley Wendt is a Public Health Consultant with Conduent Healthy Communities Institute delivering technical assistance and capacity building to hospital systems and health collaboratives in support of their community health improvement efforts. Ms. Wendt brings over 14 years of domestic and international public health experience, including the March of Dimes, US Peace Corps, and the United Nations Development Program. She holds a Master of Public Health from Tulane University.
