Jewel Beharry-Diaz, BSN, RN

Jewel Beharry-Diaz, BSN, RN is the Director of Care Coordination for Innovation Health. She joined Innovation Health in 2017. In her role, Jewel leads the nurse concierge staff and plans, organizes, and directs all clinical care for Innovation Health in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer.

Jewel is a highly accomplished nursing leader, having served as the Team Lead of Medical Management for INTotal Health (A United Healthcare health Plan), the Psychiatric Nurse/Care Coordinator at Visiting Nurse Service of New York, and as an RN at the New York State Psychiatric Institute, Pilgrim Psychiatric Center, and Housing Works. She began her nursing career at Montefiore Health System.

Ms. Beharry-Diaz earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Villanova University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at George Mason University. She lives in Fairfax with her family.
